What We Do

We turn your tourism ecosystem into data AI can access and use.

GOAGENTIC assesses what AI can already find about a destination, collects the missing data directly from the suppliers themselves, structures it to a shared supplier taxonomy, and distributes it to the AI systems travellers now plan with. Then it measures whether the answers actually changed.

62%

of travellers have already used AI to plan or book travel

Up to 221

data fields per supplier, structured to a shared taxonomy

Day 0

a discoverability baseline captured before any work begins

84

traveller questions, run weekly against four AI assistants

Assess what is already there

We start with the businesses already on your website and test them against the detailed questions travellers now ask AI, so the gaps are known before anything is collected. Alongside that the supplier ecosystem is mapped across every key category, and a prioritisation framework is agreed so the first cohort is the one that moves the answer, not the one that happens to be easiest to reach.

Ecosystem map

Every key category, with the suppliers identified in each, including the independent operators no existing database holds.

Prioritisation framework

An agreed basis for which cohort goes first, so sequencing is a decision rather than an accident.

Day 0 discoverability baseline

What AI assistants say about the destination today, captured before any work starts, so the change is measurable rather than asserted.

Collect from the suppliers themselves

The answers live with the operator, so we go and ask. AI agents reach suppliers on WhatsApp, email and phone, in the supplier’s own language and on the supplier’s own schedule. There is no portal to log into and no form to complete, which is the only reason coverage of small and independent operators is realistic rather than aspirational.

No portal, no forms

A conversation on a channel the supplier already uses. Adoption is not a training problem.

Provenance on every field

Each value carries where it came from and when it was confirmed, so a stale record is visible rather than silently wrong.

Bounded by design

A cap on messages per interaction, a re-contact cooldown per supplier, immediate opt-out handling, and pause switches at supplier and destination level.

Structure and distribute

Collected answers are validated and structured to a shared supplier taxonomy agreed with the destination, up to 221 data fields per supplier, then published in the forms machines actually read: schema.org structured data, a canonical identifier per entity, an llms.txt, and distribution to AI systems through MCP servers and APIs.

Agreed taxonomy and data model

The destination signs off the shape of its own data. It is their asset, not a black box we hold.

Canonical identifiers

One stable id per supplier, used across the destination’s site, its feeds and its partner listings, so three mentions resolve to one entity.

Machine-readable distribution

Structured data on the pages, and direct distribution to AI systems for the platforms that consume feeds rather than crawl.

Maintain the accuracy loop

Agents continuously validate and update the data as things change, so what AI can use stays current rather than going stale after one collection pass. A fixed set of traveller questions is run against the major AI assistants every week and the answers are scored: is the destination recommended, is it described accurately, is it absent. Everything is measured against the Day 0 baseline, and a coverage assessment and a ranked enrichment plan say what to fix next and what it is worth.

AI visibility tracking

The same questions, the same assistants, every week, so movement is signal and not sampling noise.

Coverage assessment and gap analysis

Where the ecosystem is thin, by category and by field, with the enrichment plan ranked by what it would change.

Roadmap for wider activation

What the next cohort is, what it costs, and what it is expected to move.

Common questions

Answers, in the body of the page.

What does GOAGENTIC actually deliver?
A destination receives: an ecosystem map across all key categories, a prioritised supplier list and the framework behind it, supplier outreach run and logged, collected supplier data with provenance on every field, a coverage assessment, an agreed taxonomy and data model, a data gap analysis with a ranked enrichment plan, a roadmap for wider activation, and a Day 0 discoverability baseline against which everything afterwards is measured.
How long does an engagement take?
Engagements are typically structured as a Day 0 to Day 60 window for the first cohort: baseline and ecosystem map early, outreach and collection through the middle, coverage assessment and enrichment plan at the close. National programmes run longer and in phases, because the ecosystem is larger and governance sits with more than one body.
Do you replace our existing tourism database or CRM?
No. GOAGENTIC builds the structured, AI-readable layer and hands it to the destination in an agreed data model; where a destination database already exists, the collected data enriches it rather than displacing it. Hosting follows the destination’s own requirements.
How do you reach suppliers who ignore everything else?
By going to the channel they already answer on and asking in their own language, rather than asking them to come to a portal. Outreach runs over WhatsApp, email and phone, on the supplier’s schedule, in short conversations rather than a single long form, which is what makes the long tail of independent operators reachable at all.

Where we start

Find out what AI says about your destination today.

We read your site the way an AI crawler does, six checks and no opinion in any of them, and capture a Day 0 baseline of what assistants currently say. Before any programme is committed to.
